Sifter with IPC and IPC Stand

  • Sifter is easy to install, requires minimum maintenance by having suspending assembly incorporating the unbalancedSifter with IPC and IPC Stand flywheel in its housing, supported by three vertical tie rods in coaxially in static frame.
  • Sifter Works on the principal of Gyratory Motion. Thus, a particle in an attempt to bring its axis parallel to the earth’s axis, presents all of its faces to the screen opening on which it is placed.
  • The material smaller than the screen opening pass through the screen. If the size of material is larger than the screen opening, the material shifts over to the next position, avoiding the possibility of screen choking.
  • Sifter is used to sieve dry raw material in powder form before it is fed to Rapid mixer and wet granulator or High shear mixer.
  • Sifter is suitable for separation of foreign objects from dry powder before mixing.
  • This machine is used for mainly screening the formulations before feeding it in to the high shear mixer or Fluid bed granulator.
  • Dry powder is fed to Sifter through IPC or intermediate product container by positioning the IPC over the infeed mouth of the sifter.
  • Normally IPC's are raised over the mouth of Sifter by using a lifting and positioning device or hoist.
  • Lower portion of IPC is lowered inside the Turbo Sifter inlet through a special gasket which ensures totally dust free transfer.
  • Sifter is used in pharmaceuticals, dyestuff, ceramics, Soaps and detergent, Food Products, Cosmetics, Fertilizers, pesticides, paper products, resin, polyesters, minerals, fillers, china clay, cheese, metal powders, animal feeds etc

Vibro Sifter

Vibro sifters are circular gyratory screens used to separate mass composition of solids, liquid from solid and for gradation ofVibro Sifter materials as per particle sizes. Vibro Sifter is used in various industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, dyestuff and pigments, ceramics, food products, detergents, cosmetics, pesticides, and fertilizers, paper pulp, plastics, resins, paints, polyester chips, minerals, rubber compounds, slurries, metal, powders.

  • Vibration is generated in three different planes along the vertical axis by means of a specially designed vibratory motor having off centered weights at the top and bottom end of the motor shaft.
  • The angle of lead of the lower weight to the upper weight provides variable screening pattern & output.
  • Sieving, Grading and Straining Machine developed with various features to provide gyratory vibration. The amplitude of vibration is adjustable to suit processing need.

Rapid Mixer And Wet Granulator

Rapid Mixer Granulator is designed to achieve excellent mixing and consistent granules at lower operating cost along with higher productivity. Better mixing and closed control of granule size leads to faster Tableting speeds with improved quality and least rejections.

  • Uniform binder distribution.
  • Short batch time and reduce cleaning time.
  • Maximize CIP effectiveness.
  • Air purge sealing system for main stirrer shaft and granulator shaft.
  • PLC based operating panel for precise control of process & automation.
  • A high-speed granulator is inserted horizontally through wall of bowl to assist blending of powder and to break the product to the granules of required size.
  • The seal housing and drive shaft may be flushed with cleaning water, which is then drained away from the machine through built in drain tubes.
  • Granulator motor with removable stainless steel shrouds, which covers the motor and simplify cleaning.
  • The machine cannot be started unless and until the mixer cover is properly closed.
  • Flush wall type discharge valve eliminates pockets at the port of discharge valve.

Outstanding Salient Features of RMG

  • Top of the platform is from 16 swg. SS sheet which is dimpled for antislip property eliminating use of aluminium chequered plate. Entire stand is also cladded by SS sheet, making the machine total G.M.P.
  • Chopper housing is entirely made from S.S. having air purging and special seals.
  • Discharge piston has face sealing arrangement with profile exactly matching the vessel interior.
  • Two stage housing for main impleller eliminating totally any chance of cross - contamination between bearing grease and product mix.
  • With Mechnical seals, vaccum loading of the RMG can be done.
  • Five micron dust filter is fixed on the lid to eliminate dusting in granulation Area.

 
Salient Features of P.L.C. Package

  • Interface unit of 208, through which you can communicate with the PLC, is having four line, 20 characters, and liquid crystal display.
  • Torque near the end of the granulation cycle can also be printed.
  • Standard 80 column printer is supplied with P.L.C. to have easy interchangeability.
  • Printout detail will give real time of each of the process as and when it happens.

Oscillating Granulator

Oscillating Granulator plays an important part in the process of granulation in tablet making as quality of tablet is determined by the virtue of the granules used for its compression. Oscillating granulator can be used for wet and dry aspect of the granulation process. Oscillating Granulator is extensively used wherever tablets or pellets are produced.
